Maddi manages the overall operations at Far View Farms. Maddi grew up in Wisconsin and has a BS degree in Animal Science with an Equine emphasis and a minor in business. Since moving to California, she has worked as a veterinary surgical tech and also worked at Trifecta helping with the racehorses and the horses in rehab. Her competitive career was in rodeo but she has quickly learned all aspects of the Eventing and Dressage worlds.
Her positive spirit and eye for detail brings a wonderful atmosphere to the farm.
Ava manages the office at Far View Farms with the help of the rest of the staff.
She has spent most of her life around horses and enjoys working
to make FVF a premier Eventing and Dressage facility.
For more info about Ava, see the owner's page as Ava also co-owns the facility with her husband
Jordan, also an active eventer.
Leslie helps Ava with operations of the farm. Leslie, a retired police sargeant, has a deep down love of horses and learned to ride as an adult. Her attention to detail and people skills, as well as her love of animals are a great asset to the farm.
Ernesto has worked at the facility for 20 years. He is an amazing horse handler and takes wonderful care of our horses. He worked on the property prior to it being Far View Farms, when it was a Western facility. He is an excellent worker and we are so happy that he chose to stay with the facility.
Rigo has been a wonderful addition to our team. He spent many years working at Seabreeze Farms in Del Mar until the land was sold in 2019 for development. Rigo always has a smile on his face and the horses and clients love having him around!
